Hay Tire Pros - Mt. Pleasant

Mary Beth and Julie always take good care of me when I need tire services and the tech's are very friendly and helpful. I have been using Hay Tires for 20-years and I am very pleased with the service I receive.

I came to Hay hoping for a fair estimate on my AC. What I got instead was warmth, empathy, and kindness. Nick the manager only charged me for my diagnostic after seeing I just needed to refill the Freon levels. Didn’t see any leaks, so he tells me the Freon fill up is on the house, just pay for the diagnostic. He didn’t have to do that, but he did. Awesome staff all around. Highly recommend. Great service, better people. Will absolutely be back

Excellent, efficient service and very friendly staff! My Acura went haywire in the middle of an intersection so I had it towed to Hay Tire. They were very quick with their assessment and let me know that they could make the necessary replacement or I could send it to Acura as it was a recall. I appreciated their honesty!

Easter Sunday my tire blew had to wait to get it fixed today. Saw this place had great reviews on google. Arrived right when they opened was informed they would need to get a tire sent over. They were very accomodating. Julie was the absolute sweetest helping get everything taken care of & would highly recommend this place to people.

They did a thorough job inspecting my truck and kept me informed the whole way—what they found, what it meant, and what my options were to fix it. I especially appreciated that they proactively contacted the Ram dealer about my airbag light issue, got additional details back, and explained what Ram is doing to address it and the current timeline. Everyone was friendly and helpful from start to finish. Shout out to Louis and the techs for taking great care of me. Highly recommend!
